At Chetna Mital, M.D. LLC, our physicians are committed to improving adult (18 and over) health by delivering high quality, cost effective and accessible care.

We advocate disease prevention and encourage patients to not only seek medical care for acute problems, but also have routine physical exams for early diagnosis and treatment, medication management and to stay healthy. We cover a variety of diseases including, but not limited to, those of the cardiovascular, respiratory, kidney, urinary tract and endocrine systems.

Your access to care matters! We provide services in long-term care facilities and acute care rehab units. Telephone calls received after hours are handled by one of our on-call physicians. Upon calling our main line (513-867-2622), you will be provided with a telephone number by which to contact our on-call physicians.
